SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be fulfilled?

Our team needs 1-3 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

If I am located in Spain (Peninsula), when will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 24-72 hours for delivery. Please note packages are subject to carrier delays.

If I am an international customer, when will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-10 business days for delivery. Please note packages are subject to delays and all international packages will incur taxes by their local government.

If I am located in Spain (Peninsula), how much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 60 euros. If your Spain order is under 60 euros, our standard shipping is 4,90 euros. (Only Peninsula)

*Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend.

If I am an international customer, how much does shipping cost?

Once you have entered in your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee will be displayed prior to finalizing your order. This cost can vary between 11-20 euros. 

 

RETURN POLICY

I am located in Spain, what is your return policy?

We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered), with tags and attached for either a refund, exchange or store credit. All return request must be made within the next 15 days after date of delivery.

The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from date of returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and a restocking fee of 3 euros will be deducted from your refund per returned order and we do not refund any shipping fees.

Items that are purchased on sale or at discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues. If you are needing to begin your SPAIN return, please send an email to support@socothebrand.com we´re going to answer your as soon as possible.

I am an international customer, what is your return policy?

Please note we do not provide return labels nor cover any cost incurred when shipping your return back. Please note We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

 

If I refused the package, will I receive a refund?

We re really sorry to hear you have refused your package! Once our team has received your returned package, we will process a refund for the items, minus the shipping fee.

 

TAXES/DUTIES

Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my home country?

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government. 

We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates. 

Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. 

We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

*Soco the brand is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Can I calculate taxes/duties before delivery?

We do not have the ability to estimate taxes prior to delivery.

Can I change/edit my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed! If you would like to change something, please send as an email as soon as possible at support@socothebrand.com maybe we´re able to make it.

Is there anywhere I can try on Soco the brand?

Our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Soco. We do occasionally host Pop-Up shops worldwide, in order to know when and where you can stay up to date throught our social media pages and newsletters.
