SHIPPING POLICY
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Our team needs 1-3 business days to complete the packages. Once your order has been completed, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.
If I am in Spain (Peninsula), when will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, we request 24-72 hours for delivery. Please note that packages are subject to delays by the carrier.
I am an international customer, when will my order arrive?
Once your order has been prepared, we request 1-10 business days for delivery. Please note that packages are subject to delays and all international packages will incur taxes from your local government.
I am buying from Spain (Peninsula), how much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over 60 euros. If your order to Spain is less than 60 euros, our standard shipping is 4.90 euros. (Only Peninsula)
* Please note that we do not prepare orders during the weekend.
If I am an international customer, how much does shipping cost?
Once you have correctly filled in the fields with your address on our checkout page, the shipping rate will be displayed before finalizing your order. This cost can vary between 11-20 euros.
RETURN POLICY
I am located in Spain, what is your return policy?
We accept returns in their original condition (unworn, unworn and unaltered), with tags and attached for a refund, exchange or store credit. All return requests must be made within the next 15 days after the delivery date.
Refund, store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund to the original payment method and a 3 Euro restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned order and we will not refund any shipping fees.
Items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for fit or sizing issues. If you need to start your return to SPAIN, send an email to support@socothebrand.com, we will respond as soon as possible.
I am an international customer, what is your return policy?

If I reject the package, will I receive a refund?
We are very sorry that you refused your package! Once our team has received your returned package, we will process a refund for the items, less the shipping fee.
TAXES / DUTIES
Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my country of origin?
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated in the total price at the time of payment. The local customs office in the customer's country will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone or physical notification. The amount of the charge is entirely at the discretion of the local government. We are legally required to claim the actual price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.
-Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.
* SOCO THE BRAND, is not responsible for and cannot refund/refund any tax or duty charged by the customer's local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Can I calculate taxes/duties before delivery? We do not have the ability to estimate taxes prior to delivery.

Can I change / edit my order?
We process your order as soon as it is placed. If you want to change something, send an email as soon as possible to support@socothebrand.com, maybe we can do it.
