Returns and exchanges

We do exchanges and refunds:

You have 15 business days from receipt of your order to make the return or exchange request.
For returns you must return the item,
For exchanges, we will ship the new item and collect the exchange at the same time.
If you have made a purchase applying a discount, you have a free return *, but the money will not be refunded. We'll give you a non-expiring gift card for your future purchases.
If a return is made of an order in which the "free shipping" promotion has been applied, the total cost to be returned will be deducted from the shipping cost.
We will not accept any request for exchange or return of items purchased on Sales or Promotions.
Returns are not refunded the shipping amount.
We will not accept any request for exchange or return of any personalized products or swimwear or underwear.
In case the item is damaged or in poor condition and it is our fault, we will bear all shipping costs.
Please remember that items must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all tags attached.

Please do not return items before your return request has been approved. If you do this, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.

If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, indicating the error or defect, along with your personal data: support@socothebrand. com

* It is only free in Spain (peninsula)
